Private Training

Private one-on-one training sessions that are designed to accommodate a client’s specific goals or needs for fitness, nutrition, mobility or rehabilitation. These sessions are purchased in 60-minute increments & are scheduled around the client’s needs. Private sessions also provide the clients with 24/7 coach access. Group Fitness

Our goal at Primitive Athletics is to educate our members on the importance of using proper mechanics and techniques. We take our time to educate each member on every lift progression and through every lift’s hierarchy. Our group fitness class is a sixty-minute training session that focuses on strength and conditioning. These classes vary each day but have a primary focus on implementing proper strength cycles coupled with metabolic conditioning and mobility.

A room designed to optimize human performance by providing some of the best recovery forms/tools out on the market. From Marc Pros (E-Stem) to a Hyperbaric Chamber, we like to provide the added amenity to members and non-members looking to take their self-maintenance to another level.
